一、湿式除铁机工作间隙的尺寸大小对磁选效果的影响

二、湿式除铁机转速大小对磁选效果的影响

一般地说除铁机直径小的采用高转速,例如φ600mm直径采用40rpm;直径大的采用低转速例如φ750mm直径采用36rpm。除铁机转速的大小主要对处理能力影响较大。转速高处理能力大,转速低处理能力低。对精矿质量有一定的影响。转速高的除铁机在运转中,由于速度比较快,磁性小些的连生体和脉石上来的机会就少,只有那些磁性较高的矿粒才可能选别上来,因而精矿质量就高些。反之转速低,速度相对较慢,由于磁感应作用使磁性弱些的矿粒也有机会选别上来,造成精矿质量受到影响。

三、湿式除铁机磁系偏角大小对磁选效果的影响
