Application:

This product is widely used in removing the iron powders, ultra-fine iron powders and magnetic substance, etc., from the slurry and glaze materials in industries like ceramics, mining, chemical, electronics and decoration, etc. It is an easy-to-use automated electromagnetic separator specially designed for the pottery mud (with temperature lower than 60 ℃), the raw material used in fine ceramics and tiles industries.

Features:

1. Low energy consumption, high magnetic field gradient, even magnetic field distribution and obvious iron removing effect;

2. Using level-H high-temperature electromagnetic wire, insulation level improved 5 to 10 times over the past products;

3. Automated operation, no need for manual work, easier and more thorough removing effect, leaving no residues;

4. Using vibrating motor for the removal together with high-pressure water pump for the cleaning, leaving no dead angle or residue;

5. The brake valves used are made from imported materials, allowing no leak, low wear, low flow resistance and low air consumption;

6. The magnetic-medium net uses highly effective stainless steel magnetic conductors, the maximum magnetic field intensity can reach 15000GS. Once disconnected, the excitation coils leave no residual magnetism, which facilitates the iron removing.
