Product introduction:
The CTS (N.B) series perm-magnetic roller separator is available in two models which are the revolving model and the fixed model. The fixed model is mainly used to select fine-grained strong magnetic substance in wet weak magnetic fields or to remove the strong magnetic minerals from the non-magnetic ore. When the slurry is injected into the magnetic field covered area, the strong magnetic minerals are sucked to the surface of the roller and the ore substance with weak and no magnetism is separated successively from the mix while the strong magnetic minerals are brought out of the magnetic field by the revolving roller. The revolving model is applicable for the dry selection of fine-grained strong or semi-strong magnetic minerals. Thanks to the high-speed revolution, it can ensure more tumbling of the magnetic particles than ordinary magnetic separating machines, which is significant in shattering magnetic agglomeration and increasing the rich ore ratio. After the separation, the ore is divided into groups of magnetic substance and non-magnetic substance, which are discharged from their respective exits. This product is applicable in the coarse and fine separation of ore sand with granularity between 6-10 mm.
Application :
CTS series of downstream magnetic separator ,specially used for coarse particle primary ore ,such as river sand ,sea sand and coarse level of sands ,and is suitable for the recovery of magnetic medium .
CTB half counter -cyrrent type magnetic separation machine ,suitable for grinding mill selection prccessstage work ,can get higher concentrate quality and metal recovery ,is widely used .
CTN counter-cueernt typ magnetic separation machine ,suitable for fine-grained strong magnetic ore roughing and scavenging ,pulp after long area ,metal loss in tailings is less ,high metal recovery .
